I need a restaurant/hotel manager to do me a favor and answer these Q's :)?

1. What are their greatest challenges regarding employees?


2. How does their industry prepare them for management duties (mentoriing, formal training programs, apprenticeship)?


3. What advice would they offer to potential managers in the industry?

1. To get them to understand to always keep the customer happy!





2. I worked as a delivery driver and moved up to delivery manager. Then


I became cross-trained in every station. I then took a mgmt. training course through Thompson Industries and got certified. I was then a


manager.


3. I would say to make sure you always work hard and keep the customer happy. Then I would make sure my employees understood my authority and that it was my job to keep my shift ran correctly.
