im doing a math project and we had to pick a career and we picked hotel manager. how do they use math??? i need a really good explanation

if they are managing the hotel, then they would need to understand their guest/room ratios, their profitability, their loss, how to charge their customers and make change. they would need to understand salaries and wages and taxes for employment and payroll.


they need to understand their pricing and if they run a special how much can they lower the price before it's a loss more than they can afford.





there's a lot of math in almost every job in the business world. that's a fact!
