Medical and other benefits when a hotel manager?
What kind of benefits do you recieve as a hotel manager??Medical and other benefits when a hotel manager?
I agree with jpr, there is no set standard. Different employers offer different benefits. I've been a General Manager of hotels and motels for over 20 years with different benefits at all of the properties I've managed. Currently, my employer pays all my health insurance premiums and I pay the group premiums on my dental and eye care through my employer. I also get bonuses and vacation time and sick days and personal days and nice discounts at other hotels within the franchise. I have a gas allowance and cell phone and such and get reimbursed for travel expenses and continuing education costs and such. I don't currently live on the hotel premises as I have with some past positions, but that's another benefit that hotel managers often have - apartment with all utilities paid. Every property is different so it's important to go over all the details before you accept a position.Medical and other benefits when a hotel manager?
It depends on where you work. Just like any employer, there is no standard. There's everything from no benefits to full benefits.
