How can i become a manager at a hotel?

I have just finished my Hospitality management degree and I am looking for a job. I do have 5years experiences in hospitality area as a bar%26amp;waitperson, receptionist, cashier, cabin crew. How can i become a manager at a hotel?
Even with customer service experience and a degree in hospitality management, it's going to be difficult to find a hotel that will just let you in with no experience specific to that field.

See if you can find an assistant manager position and work your way up.

Get your resume out there and put a personal presentation packet together to send along with it to separate you from the rest of the applicants and give you a special edge.

For this type of position, it is imperative that you dress and look professional, so don't show up for any interviews with wrinkled clothes or sloppy hair.

Good luck.
