Look into the company policy %26amp; procedures! However this behaviour shouldn't happen however it was consentual it gives a poor image for the organisation %26amp; may not be in line with the company mission %26amp; values.... Also you never mentioned whether this happend throughout working hours etc
Don't mix business with pleasure I say! However much fun it's been.... Also look at the contract of employment it may state things regarding employment criteria etc
She obviously not a very nice person!! If she is going to follow through with treat I would suggest he gets to his employers first however humliating it may be!!!!!!!!

I don't know if this is typical but having sex with those whom you have a monetary and/or business relationship is generally frowned upon.
