i need a job profile of the duty manager from the 5 star hotel.What is the job responsibility or job profile of hotel duty manager?
as far as I know, a 5 start hotel would NOT have a duty manager..





Each department in the hotel would have managers and/or shift managers. Or even a manager on duty manager, which would be the same as a manager. but Not a duty manager..
