According to federal law, a hotel should not discriminate against you on the basis of height just as long as you can perform the job with reasonable accommodation. A hotel manager is not the type of job that would require great height.
If someone tells you that you can't be hired because of height for this job, then they're breaking a federal law by discriminating.I'm short,but i want to be a hotel manager,is that ok?
It would be extremely difficult for an employer to make a case for a height requirement in that career field. Go for it!
