I currently have 2 years left of my undergraduate degree in Hotel Management. I am also working full time and am a front Desk supervisor at a Marriott Hotel. So by the time i am done with college, I would have 4 years of experience and an undergrad degree.





If i move back to India and get a Mgmt position at a hotel, does anybody know how much they start their packages from?

Even with a undergraduate degree and 4 yrs of supervisory experience, its difficult to get an assistant manager's position. %26amp; if you do get the position, You might end up earning 13k - 15k / month plus benefits. Provided you are working with a big establishment.

Assuming a 5 star hotel the salary ranges could be around Rs. 2-3 lakhs per annum for a Hotel Management Professional with 4 yrs of work exp
