I don't know exactly, but I assume it would be on the higher end of the national average. You have more responsibilities and an overall higher image to maintain.
Besides, working at Disney just as a regular staff (say at Magic Kingdom) can make you a pretty decent hourly wage if you stay long enough. My friend has been working like that for only two years and he makes $10 an hour, not doing anything particularly special, which is more than most people like that make hourly I believe.
