i'm looking to go into the hospitality industry and the starting salary is about 50k but that's an average in general. do managers at ritz carlton or other luxury hotels get paid more and what is the salary after say 5 years? and what are some bonuses/perks?How Much Does a Hotel Manager for Ritz Carlton get paid?
At what level of management? From 40K to 150K Hotels don't pay so well, unless you come with a track record in great past resultsand what RC are you talking about, here in the USA? Europe...Whats the traffic and revenue? If you have this background then it may depend a great percentage how you negociate your own contract...can be done on a performance basis,
