I want to prepare some question to ask for the guest speaker who is very known in a small hotel property like La quinta inn.


What could be the issues that between the small hotel and the big hotel have?

Why would people want to stay in your hotel instead of another one?


How often are the rooms updated? Painted, new sheets? internet, carpet cleaned, etc.

How do you handle it if there is not enough parking?


Do you provide parking for truck drivers? Mobile Homes? Oversized vehicles?


How do you handle guest complaints? Noise? Rude?


What do you do when somebody asks for things you don't have? Special priveledged guests? Extra beds?
