What should I say to the hotel manager???Adolescent???

I want to start a babysitting job and I want to take courses like cpr or the hamlet (sp) and theres a hotel that i know of who has babysitting courses and i want to call them but i dont know what to say first about the babysitting courses?

2nd- just say, ';I'd like some information about the babysitting courses you offer';
